News Debbie Reynolds to Appear with Seattle Men's Chorus in 2009 The Seattle Men's Chorus will say "Good Morning" to showbiz legend Debbie Reynolds as part of their salute to Hollywood's golden age in 2009.

Reynolds, an Academy and Tony Award nominee, will join the chorus for its March 28 and 29, 2009, concerts entitled Singing… in the Rain at McCaw Hall. The spring concerts kick of the 29th season of the Seattle Men's Chorus and marks the 5th annual season for the Seattle Women's Chorus. The women's chorus will celebrate Broadway's leading roles — including Mama Rose, Auntie Mame, Annie Oakley, Mrs. Lovett, Evita, Elphaba and Tracy Turnblad — in Lullaby of Broadway April 10 and 11, 2009.

Reynolds earned an Academy Award nomination for her work in the movie musical "The Unsinkable Molly Brown." The triple-threat is also known for performances in "Singin' in the Rain," "How the West Was Won" and "The Catered Affair" as well as her TV show, "The Debbie Reynolds Show." Reynolds was Tony-nominated for Irene, and later assumed the lead in Broadway's Woman of the Year.
