News Dench, Tilly, Stage Stars Voice Disney "Home on the Range" with Music by Little Shop's Menken Dame Judi Dench (The Breath of Life, Amy's View), Jennifer Tilly (The Women) and other stage stars lend their voices to the new Disney animated film. Roseanne Barr, Randy Quaid, Cuba Gooding, Jr. star in the Walt Disney Pictures film about three female cows who team up with the rest of the animals to save their dairy farm from being repossessed by collecting a reward on an outlaw. Will Finn and John Sanford direct their own script. Stage vets Carole Cook (42nd Street), Estelle Harris (The Prisoner of Second Avenue), Merwin Foard (Assassins), Jason Graae (Falsettos) and Gregory Jbara (Victor / Victoria) also voice characters in the picture.

Alan Menken (Little Shop of Horrors) pens original music for the movie with lyrics by Glenn Slater (Newyorkers, That's Life). Menken has previously teamed with Disney on "The Little Mermaid," "Aladdin," "Beauty and the Beast," "Pocahantas" "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "Hercules."
