News Director and Supporting Cast Announced for Mexico's Crazy for You Rafael Perrin (Run for your Wife!, Houdini, The Magic of Love), will direct the eagerly awaited Mexican premiere of the Tony Award-winning musical comedy Crazy for You (Loco Por Ti), which will star Manuel Landeta (Cats, Joseph and the Amazing...) as Bobby Child and recording artist Lissete, who will play the show's heroine, Polly Baker.

Rafael Perrin (Run for your Wife!, Houdini, The Magic of Love), will direct the eagerly awaited Mexican premiere of the Tony Award-winning musical comedy Crazy for You (Loco Por Ti), which will star Manuel Landeta (Cats, Joseph and the Amazing...) as Bobby Child and recording artist Lissete, who will play the show's heroine, Polly Baker.

Other performers going Crazy to the rhythm and music of George Gershwin are Eugenio Montessoro (Los Musicales, Moon Over Buffalo) as Bela Zangler, Simone Brook (42nd Street) as Irene, Angelita Castani (Me and My Girl) as Bobby's Mother, Jorge Pais (Mame) as Everett Baker, and Nitzi Arellano as Tess.

Recreating Susan Stroman's dazzling choreography are Ana Maria Collado and Jose Posadas, while Rocio Martinez and Juan Rojas will reproduce Robin Wagner's spectacular sets, Mitzy and Gilberto Granillo will recreate William Ivey Long's glamorous costume designs and Manolo Sanchez Navarro will base the lighting design on Paul Gallo's original designs.

Produced by Fela Fabregas, this lavish production of Crazy for You, is now in rehearsals, scheduled open late March at the Teatro San Rafael. Crazy for You will join Houdini, The Magic of Love, Evita, Starlight Express and Beauty and the Beast in the list of high-end musicals now playing in Mexico City. Who could ask for anything more?!
