News Dirty Blonde's Kevin Chamberlin to Join Chicago in June Kevin Chamberlin, who received Tony and Drama Desk nominations for his performance as Charlie in Dirty Blonde, will join the Broadway company of Chicago June 12.

Chamberlin will be the latest actor to play put-upon husband Amos Hart. The actor will appear in the Tony-winning Kander and Ebb revival through Sept. 10.

Chicago currently features Robin Givens as Roxie Hart, Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, John O'Hurley as Billy Flynn, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart, Lillias White as Matron "Mama" Morton and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine. April 17 will see the returns of Obba Babatunde as Flynn, Charlotte d'Amboise as Roxie and Brenda Braxton as Velma.

In addition to Dirty Blonde, Kevin Chamberlin also received Tony and Drama Desk nominations for his work in Seussical. His other Broadway credits include My Favorite Year, Abe Lincoln in Illinois, Triumph of Love and the City Center Encores! mountings of Ziegfeld Follies of 1936 and One Touch of Venus. Off-Broadway he was seen opposite Sarah Jessica Parker in Wonder of the World.

Chicago won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical in 1997 as well as awards for actors Bebe Neuwirth and James Naughton, director Walter Bobbie, lighting designer Ken Billington and choreographer Ann Reinking. The original production was directed and choreographed by the late Bob Fosse.

Chicago plays the Ambassador Theatre, located at 215 West 49th Street.
