Directed by Jamie Richards, the full-length play is a "serious comedy" about a group of seven people who are "decidedly out of touch with the mainstream."

The cast includes Brad Bellamy, Miranda Black, Geneva Carr, Thomas Lyons, Joseph Lyle Taylor, Chris Wight and Janet Zarish, who play a diverse group of young people facing eviction from a mysterious and devious landlord.

The production team comprises set designer Bruce Goodrich, costume designer Julie Doyle, lighting designer Greg MacPherson and sound designer Rob Gould.

His other plays include Seven Pages Unsigned, Fourth Time Around, Video Guy, The "I" Word: Interns (Marathon ’99) and Fifth Floor Walk-up, a trilogy of short plays consisting of Friends?, Hermit of Ninth Avenue, and Same Difference. A musician and songwriter, Wells has over fifty titles registered with ASCAP and has released two albums, "Moving on to Solids" and "Thanks for All the Lemons," with his band, Uncle.

Director Jamie Richards helmed Stonewall Jackson's House for the American Place Theatre and Legal Alien at UBU Rep. At EST she has directed Flight, All About Al, The "I" Word: Interns, Dream, Real Real Gone, Cats and Dogs, Rain, and Ring of Men. She also co-created and directed the comedy series Hell's Kitchen Sink, and adapted and directed Alice and Looking Glass for EST. Her other plays include Roman Fever (Marathon ’99) and Scene of the Crime.

Tickets to all performances are $15. The Ensemble Studio Theatre is located at 549 West 52nd Street (between 10th and 11th Avenues). For reservations and information call (212) 247-4982.
