Obie, Lucille Lortel and GLAAD Award winner Domingo, recently seen Off-Broadway in The Scottsboro Boys, will play Flynn for a five-week limited engagement beginning June 14. He will stay with the production at the Ambassador Theatre through July 18.
O'Hurley will begin his six-week run July 20; he is scheduled to play through Aug. 29.
The cast also currently stars Ruthie Henshall as Roxie Hart, Terra C. MacLeod as Velma Kelly, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart and Terri White as Matron "Mama" Morton.
Chicago won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical in 1997 as well as awards for actors Bebe Neuwirth and James Naughton, director Walter Bobbie, lighting designer Ken Billington and choreographer Ann Reinking. The original production was directed and choreographed by the late Bob Fosse.
Chicago plays the Ambassador Theatre, located at 219 West 49th Street.
