News "Downton Abbey" Star Set to Replace Steven Pasquale in New York Pops Rodgers and Hammerstein Concert "Downton Abbey" actor Julian Ovenden will replace previously announced Steven Pasquale in the New York Pops concert, My Favorite Things: The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein. He joins Sierra Boggess for the Oct. 9 event at Carnegie Hall, which kicks off the New York Pops' 2015-16 season.

Led by music director Steven Reineke, Boggess and Ovenden will pay tribute to the music of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein in the one-night-only concert, honoring the duo's celebrated catalogue. The will perform alongside Judith Clurman’s Essential Voices USA.

The program will feature numbers from all eleven of the collaborations; selections include “A Wonderful Guy” and “There Is Nothin’ Like a Dame” from South Pacific, “The Sound of Music” from The Sound of Music, and the Cinderella Waltz from Cinderella.

The 33rd season is also set to feature Jeremy Jordan and Betsy Wolfe with The New York Pops and Maestro Steven Reineke in 42nd on 57th: Broadway Today, an evening of modern musical theatre hits, scheduled for March 2016.

The slate also includes Sophisticated Ladies, paying tribute to Billie Holiday and other groundbreaking female artists from Ella Fitzgerald to Dinah Washington, featuring Montego Glover, Capathia Jenkins and Sy Smith; as well as a program of holiday favorites featuring Tony nominees Stephanie J. Block and Brian d'Arcy James
