Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical will return to New York this holiday season for a December 13–30 run at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.

The New York stop is part of a holiday tour for the production that will launch in Chicago November 16. Stops are also planned in Boston and Philadelphia. Click here for tour details.

Casting for The Grinch has not been announced. Tickets for the New York engagement go on sale May 14 at 10 AM.

Grinch was previously seen on Broadway in 2006 and 2007 and made its Los Angeles debut in 2009. The production previously played Madison Square Garden in 2012 and 2014. The stage production was first presented at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre.

Matt August directs the production, originally created by Tony-winning director Jack O’Brien; choreography is by Bob Richard based on the original choreography by John DeLuca.

Book and lyrics are by Timothy Mason with music by Mel Marvin and additional music and lyrics by Albert Hague and Dr. Seuss.
