News Drama Book Shop Offers Free Conversation with Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley Tonight The married couple will discuss their Broadway careers as well as Mazzie’s journey with ovarian cancer.
The Drama Book Shop welcomes three-time Tony Award nominee Marin Mazzie and her husband, Drama Desk nominee Jason Danieley, for an intimate discussion about life in the theatre and Mazzie's journey with ovarian cancer October 17 at 5 PM.

Mazzie and Danieley will sit down with playwright and interviewer Steven Carl McCasland to discuss their careers, Mazzie's health and Danieley’s role as her caregiver. The discussion is free and open to the public.

Mazzie, who recently finished a run as Anna in The King and I, was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer in May 2015. Fiercely devoted to spreading awareness about the disease, Mazzie and Danieley are sharing their story to raise awareness for ovarian cancer and the BRCA gene mutations.
