Entitled Women At Work: Directing and Writing for the Theater, the 5:30-7:30 PM discussion features playwright Christina Anderson (Inked Baby, Drip), playwright Annie Baker (Circle Mirror Transformation, The Aliens), playwright Sheila Callaghan (Lascivious Something; Dead City; That Pretty Pretty, Or, the Rape Play), playwright Rinne Groff (Compulsion, currently at Yale Rep; The Ruby Sunrise), director Sheryl Kaller (Next Fall, now in previews on Broadway; Adrift in Macao), director Karen Carpenter (Love, Loss, and What I Wore), director Pam MacKinnon (Clybourne Park, Smudge, Peter and Jerry) and director Susan H. Schulman (The Secret Garden, Little Women, The Sound of Music). Adrienne Onofri moderates. There is no admission charge for Drama Desk members and guests. Some space is also reserved at no charge for members of the public.
