Psychiatric patients with an antic disposition are getting an Attic disquisition in Beyond Therapy, a revival of Christopher Durang's zany comedy about "romance, mental instability and dating," at NJ's Attic Ensemble, Nov. 14-23.

Located on Wayne St. In Jersey City, the Attic has been through some rough times recently, losing its previous home until the Barrow Mansion Development Corp. stepped in to offer the current downtown venue.

Starring in Beyond Therapy are Jordana De Zeeuw, Kali Karagias, Paul Richard Kessler, Brendan Wahlers, Scott O'Connell, and Playbill staffer Bruce Stapleton.

Janet Greene directs Durang's comedy, which features lighting by Diane Nigro.

Following Therapy will be a one-night benefit for the company, featuring Jason Miller appearing in his solo, Barrymore's Ghost, Nov. 30. Miller won a Pulitzer Prize for That Championship Season. Future shows in the Attic's 28th season include James Goldman's The Lion In Winter (Feb. 20-March 1, 1998) and an as-yet-unchosen work to be directed by Wanda Maragni.

For tickets and information on shows at the Attic Ensemble call (201) 217-2624 or check out their website: http://www.atticensemble.org.
