A child of Broadway and a rising Downtown actor team up in the new Off Off-Broadway play, Where Everything Is Everything, due to run at New York Performance Works, beginning Aug. 30 and opening Sept. 7.
The child of Broadway is Daisy Eagan, who, in 1991, at age 11, became the youngest actress ever to win a Tony Award for her work in The Secret Garden. The Downtown actor is Paul Sparks, unknown until this past spring when he won a Drama Desk Award nomination for Coyote on a Fence.
Everything, by Stephen Spoonamore (who also directs), is about a relationship between Dan, a slick financial consultant, and Tracy, sweet, shy graphic designer. Will love prevail or will the couple hit the rocks?
New York Performance Works is located at 128 Chamber Street in downtown Manhattan. For more information, call (212) 354-4660.
