News Easton, Elrod and Bartow Lead Timon of Athens Reading in NYC Carson Elrod and Arthur Bartow join Tony Award winner Richard Easton for the Red Bull Theater's benefit reading of Timon of Athens on Sept. 14.

Red Bull artistic director Jesse Berger stages the 7:30 PM reading of Shakespeare's work that "examines the morality of money." Presented as part of the Obie-winning Revelation Readings at the Theatre at St. Clement's, Timon of Athens marks the first play of the season in the semimonthly series.

In addition to Easton (Coast of Utopia, Invention of Love), Elrod (How the Other Half Loves) and Bartow (Edward the Second), the reading features Harris Yulin, Keith Hamilton Cobb, Sam Tsoutsuovas, Peter von Berg, Jason C. Brown, Denis Butkus, Melissa Condron, Helmar Augustus Cooper, Michael Izquierdo, Raphael Nash Thompson, Ben Rappaport, Kate Roberts and Rocco Sisto.

Following the reading, Red Bull hosts an after party with special guests David Bar Katz, Sarah Benson, Joseph Hardy, Randy Harrison, Ellen McLaughlin, Everett Quinton, David Rabe, Laila Robins, Matthew Rauch and Marc Vietor, among others.
