Directed by Robert Falls, the cast of The Jacksonian will feature Ed Harris, Glenne Headly, Amy Madigan and Bill Pullman.

Set in 1964 Jackson, MI, the play is described as such: "When his wife kicks him out, respectable dentist Bill Perch (Ed Harris) moves into the seedy Jacksonian Motel. There, his downward spiral is punctuated by encounters with his teenage daughter, a gold-digging motel employee (Glenne Headly), a treacherous bartender (Bill Pullman) and his now estranged wife (Amy Madigan). Set against the investigation of a recent lynching and climaxing in a crime of passion, The Jacksonian, brimming with suspense and dark humor, unearths the eerie tensions and madness in a town poisoned by racism." Additional casting to be announced.

Performances will begin in October.

"Intimacy takes us on a surprising journey with three families in a well-manicured American town," press notes state. "Interracial couple Jerry and Pat borrow tools from their recently widowed, white evangelical neighbor James, and they even share the same Latino contractor, the mysterious Fred. Everything's suburban bliss until James discovers that Jerry and Pat's daughter Janet is a budding porn star and shuns the family. But James doesn't know that his son Matthew, an aspiring filmmaker, has other ideas."

Directed by Scott Elliott, Intimacy will begin performances in January 2014.

The Jacksonian and Intimacy will play at The New Group at Theatre Row (The Acorn Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street).
