British comedian Eddie Izzard, following his successful New York City stint in 1998's Dress to Kill, will return to the Westbeth Theatre Center April 4-8 with his new one-man show, Circles.
A musing on all things round, from the universe on down, Circles made its premiere in the UK and Ireland with a tour that traveled through Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin and Belfast, finally finishing off in Dec. 1999 at London's Brixton Academy. Izzard is best known stateside for his Dress to Kill, which was recorded in San Francisco for broadcast on HBO. He has also appeared in the feature films "Velvet Goldmine," "The Avengers" and "Mystery Men."
Before arriving back in NYC, Izzard will take his unique brand of humor to other stops in the US and Canada including:
