Singer-actress Linda Eder will be the subject of an upcoming episode of the acclaimed "Bravo Profiles" series on the Bravo Network.
The former Jekyll & Hyde star will be profiled on the May 12 broadcast of the series, which airs at 7 PM EST. Eder, whose newest album "Gold" is currently in stores, will discuss her Broadway run in Jekyll as well as her ever-growing concert and recording career.
The "Bravo Profiles" series spotlights artists at work, concentrating on the artistic life of the subject rather than the performer's personal life. Some of the dozens of subjects who have been profiled on the series include Lion King director Julie Taymor and West End theatre star Elaine Paige.
Eder will also tape a segment for "The Rosie O'Donnell Show," which will air on June 25. Her "Bravo Profiles" feature will be rebroadcast on May 13 at midnight and May 19 at 11 AM EST.
Linda Eder made her Broadway debut as Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde, garnerning a Theatre World Award as well as Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations for her work. Also an international concert and recording artist, her solo CDs include "Linda Eder," "And So Much More," "It's Time" and "Gold." Eder is married to composer Frank Wildhorn, who penned the scores for Jekyll & Hyde, The Civil War and The Scarlet Pimpernel; they have a young son, Jake. —By Andrew Gans
