Hamilton, Alice Lee and Jonathan Shew Sing in Free Broadway's Future Songbook Concert May 20 Broadway’s Future Songbook Series — presented by Arts and Artists at St. Paul — concludes its current season May 20 in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Directed, hosted and produced by John Znidarsic, the free evening spotlights the songs of the award-winning writing team of Hyeyoung Kim and Michael Cooper, who will offer songs from their new musical Sunfish. Show time is 6 PM.

Performers include Emma Hunton, Gavin Gregory, Bonita J. Hamilton, Alice Lee and Jonathan Shew.

Hyeoung Kim (music) and Michael Cooper (lyrics) are winners of the Jonathan Larson Award, Daryl Roth Award and the TRU Daniel Marshall Multicultural Award; they are also Mac Award nominees. Kim is the composer of Cafe-In (Caffeine) currently running in Tokyo, Japan at Amuse Musical Theatre. Cooper penned additional lyrics for the Broadway-bound It Shoulda Been You (director, David Hyde Pierce, starring Tyne Daly). Kim and Cooper also contributed material for Museum Pieces, The Dome and Rites of Passage produced by Prospect Theatre Company.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Bruno Walter Auditorium is located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue and 65th Street.
