Emmy winner Rachel Bloom, the co-creator and star of the hit TV series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, will bring her solo musical comedy to Off-Broadway's Lucille Lortel Theatre in the fall.

Directed by Seth Barrish (Mike Birbiglia: The Old Man & the Pool), Death, Let Me Do My Show will begin previews September 6 prior to an official opening September 14.

“The best way to deal with the trauma we all experienced in 2020 is to forget about it and never discuss it again, and that is what this show endeavors to do,” says Bloom, who previously performed her show in London, Chicago, and Boston.

The four-week engagement will also have scenic design by Beowulf Boritt, lighting design by Aaron Copp, projection design by Hana S. Kim, music direction by Jerome Kurtenbach, and costume design by Kristin Isola.

Death, Let Me Do My Show is produced in New York City by Mike Lavoie and Carlee Briglia.
