The cast lists for the next two shows at the Old Globe Theatre have been announced. Gen LeRoy's Missing Footage, which opens July 18 for a six-week run (directed by Tony Walton), will star Tanya Gingerich as Julianna Ricci, a famous ballerina recovering from a nervous breakdown in a small cottage in Devon, England. The other actors include Tracy Shayne, Rosina Reynolds, Rob Sedgwick and Jack Ryland.
Shakespeare's Cymbeline, directed by Daniel Sullivan, will run July 31-Sept. 4 with a cast headed by Erika Rolfsrud as Imogen, a princess who must disguise herself as a man to escape punishment after she has been falsely accused of adultery.
Rolfsrud attracted attention in last season's Love's Fire, a collection of new one-act plays inspired by Shakespeare's sonnets, which toured the nation, eventually playing New York's Public Theater. Rolfsrud was featured in new pieces by Wendy Wasserstein and Tony Kushner.
The other featured players are Tony Amendola, Dylan Chalfy, David Lansbury, Brian Lohmann, Aaron Krohn, James Saba, Peter van Norden and Brenda Wehle.
