News Feiffer and Green to Star in Off-Broadway Premiere of None of the Above The Off-Broadway premiere of Jenny Lyn Bader's comedy None of the Above will mark the inaugural production of the newly formed South Ark Stage Company.

Halley Feiffer, whose recent credits include Election Day and subUrbia at Second Stage as well as the film "The Squid and the Whale," will star opposite former Election Day castmate Adam Green in the production, which is set to begin performances Sept. 25.

Bader's play, according to press notes, is about "privilege, addiction, transcending stereotypes…and getting into Princeton," and asks the questions: "What happens when a high-priced SAT tutor is hired to coach a spoiled Upper East Side girl? When both of their futures depend on her success, will she surprise everyone and rise to the occasion or will she fail to make the grade?"

Julie Kramer, a frequent collaborator with playwright Bader, will direct None of the Above with a design team that includes Lauren Helpern (set design), Graham Kindred (lighting design), Melissa Schlachtmeyer (costume design) and Jill DuBoff (sound design).

Jenny Lyn Bader's previous works include Manhattan Casanova, Out of Mind, The Fisherman's Wife, Worldness and Miss America, which was a "Best of the Fringe" selection for the New York International Fringe Festival.

The South Ark Stage Company season, under the artistic direction of Rhoda Herrick, also includes The Black Monk by Wendy Kesselman and Bully Pulpit by Michael Smith, both to be presented in 2008 at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre. None of the Above will play Theatre Row's Lion Theatre, located at 410 West 42nd Street in Manhattan. An official opening night is set for Oct. 10, with the limited ten-week run concluding on Nov. 25. Tickets are available by phoning (212) 279-4200 or on-line at www.ticketcentral.com.
