Directed by Pamela Hall, the one-woman show will officially open Aug. 23. The evenings will feature tunes from the many Broadway and Off-Broadway shows that Small has been associated with, including Henry Sweet Henry, The Prince of Grand Street, Something More, The Threepenny Opera, Styne After Styne, Something's Afoot, The Impossible Years, Show Me Where the Good Times Are and Mass. Theatregoers can also expect to hear Fiddler's "Matchmaker, Matchmaker" and "Sunrise, Sunset" as well as tunes by Stephen Schwartz, Leonard Bernstein, Marilyn and Alan Bergman and Bob Merrill.

In Not Quite an Ingenue production notes reveal, "Neva Small whimsically traces the highlights of her life through the music that has carried and nurtured her professionally and personally. An entertainment that offers some comfortable memories and more than a few surprises, all delivered with the intimacy and joy of a seasoned performer. Songs are woven together with stories from her life and amazing career as a performer on stage and screen."
