"Flash Forward" is the latest series to be picked up for ABC's fall lineup, according to TVGuide.com. The 13-episode series is based on Robert J. Sawyer's novel of the same name in which everyone on the planet begins to see visions of the future after blacking out for 2 minutes and 17 seconds.
U.K. stage veteran and film star Joseph Fiennes ("Shakespeare in Love," Cyrano de Bergerac, 2000 Feet Away) heads the cast of "Flash Forward," which will also feature O'Byrne (Doubt, Frozen, Coast of Utopia), Tony nominee Courtney B. Vance (Fences), Sonya Walger (Frost/Nixon), John Cho, Jack Davenport and Peyton List.
