News Finalist Eliminated on "American Idol"; Remaining Ten Contestants Will Perform Billy Joel Tunes Following the nationwide vote, finalist Shannon Magrane was eliminated on the March 15 broadcast of the famed singing competition "American Idol."

On March 21 at 8 PM ET the Top 10 – DeAndre Brackensick, Hollie Cavanagh, Colton Dixon, Heejun Han, Skylar Laine, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez, Elise Testone and Erika Van Pelt – will take to the stage to perform songs of Billy Joel for America's votes.

The results show will air March 22 at 8 PM ET on Fox. The program will feature performances from Lana Del Ray, who will sing her latest hit “Video Games,” and Season 10 finalist Haley Reinhart, who will perform her new single “Free.”

Former "American Idol" contestants who have taken to Broadway after their stint on "Idol" include Fantasia Barrino (The Color Purple), Clay Aiken (Spamalot), Constantine Maroulis (Rock of Ages), Diana DeGarmo (Hairspray), Frenchie Davis (Rent) and Jordin Sparks (In the Heights) as well as former "Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi (Chicago), among others.
