News   Fine, Fine Lines: Tony Winner Avenue Q Releases Complete Score on Sheet Music
Monster wannabes, brave auditioners and living-room concerteers alert: The sheet music for the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Avenue Q has been released by Hal Leonard Corporation.

The deluxe songbook features all 20 of the musical's songs as well as 20 full-color production photos and a bio of the Tony Award-winning songwriting team of Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx.

Sheet music (for piano and vocal) is currently available through the Playbill On-Line store.

Avenue Q sends up popular children's television shows such as "Sesame Street" and "The Electric Company," while serving up a bounty of pop culture references and solving the mystery of the whereabouts of former "Diff'rent Strokes" child star Gary Coleman. The production bears the warning: "Full puppet nudity, not suitable for children."

The show's creators Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx earned a Tony Award for their score as did bookwriter Jeff Whitty and the musical itself garnered the top Best Musical prize.

The score — available on the Broadway Cast Recording — includes "The Avenue Q Theme," "What Do You Do With a BA in English?/ It Sucks to Be Me," "If You Were Gay," "Purpose," "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist," "The Internet is For Porn," "Mix Tape," "I'm Not Wearing Underwear Today," "Special," "You Can Be As Loud As the Hell You Want (When You're Makin' Love)," "Fantasies Come True," "My Girlfriend (Who Lives in Canada)," "There's a Fine, Fine Line," "There is Life Outside Your Apartment," "The More You Ruv Someone," "Schadenfreude," "I Wish I Could Go Back to College," "The Money Song," "School for Monsters"/ "The Money Song" and "For Now." Avenue Q plays at the Golden Theatre, 252 West 45 Street. For more information, visit
