Production Photos First Look at Broadway's Come From Away The new musical by Irene Sankoff & David Hein began previews February 18.

Come From Away, the new rock musical that explores the lasting connection forged between a group of travelers whose planes were diverted to a small Newfoundland town by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, began Broadway preview February 18 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, where it is scheduled to open March 12.

Come From Away features book, music and lyrics by the Canadian husband-and-wife team Irene Sankoff and David Hein (My Mother's Lesbian Jewish Wiccan Wedding). Tony Award nominee Christopher Ashley (Memphis) directs.
