The West End production of Heisenberg: The Uncertainty Principle, directed by Tony and Olivier Award winner Marianne Elliott, is set to open October 9 the Wyndham’s Theatre.
The play, by The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time’sStephen Simon, stars Anne-Marie Duff as Georgie and Kenneth Cranham as Alex.
Production notes state: “In this uncertain world, who can predict what brings people together? When two strangers meet by chance amidst the bustle of a crowded London train station, their lives are changed forever.”

First Look at the West End’s Production of Heisenberg: The Uncertainty Principle
The production will include Bernstein’s incidental music for Lillian Hellman’s adaptation of The Lark, and Menotti’s The Unicorn, The Gorgon, and The Manticore.
Based on the novel and film by Frank Cottrell Boyce, the new musical will reunite Guettel with Tony-winning Light in the Piazza director Bartlett Sher.
