Yazbek, whose influences range from Captain Beefheart to Frank Loesser, "plans to deliver musical pyrotechnics, new songs debuted at every show, and unexpected, thrilling guests from the worlds of theatre, music, comedy and beyond," according to 92YTribeca.
Yazbek, a recording artist, vocalist and pianist, is a three-time Tony Award nominee for his work on Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Full Monty. He also contributed additional lyrics to Broadway's Bombay Dreams.
