News First Preview of Broadway Revival of Glengarry Glen Ross, Starring Al Pacino, Delayed The first preview of the Broadway revival of Glengarry Glen Ross, which was scheduled for Oct. 16 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, will now take place Oct. 19 at 8 PM. Opening remains Nov. 11.

The change in schedule is due to prior commitments on the part of Al Pacino.

Pacino’s publicist said in a statement, "Al Pacino has commitments in Los Angeles and a publicity commitment for the preview of his upcoming film, 'Stand Up Guys,' at the Chicago Film Festival this week.”

The producers of the revival of the David Mamet play have decided that as a result of these commitments, they have scheduled additional rehearsals to make up for the lost time, thereby necessitating the delay of the first preview.

Ticket buyers who have already purchased tickets for the performances that will no longer be taking place on Oct. 16, 17 and 18, 2012, will be contacted by Telecharge.

Tickets may be purchased at Telecharge.com, by calling (212) 239-6200 or at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre Box Office.
