If you haven’t received the new play from Michael McKeever, 37 Postcards, which opened the annual Sarasota Festival of New Plays, your last chance will be Saturday June 3. 37 Postcards began performances in the Studio April 20. Written like a 1930s Hollywood screwball comedy, Postcards brings young Avery Sutton and his finance back from an eight year stint in Europe only to find his already eccentric family has gone certifiably insane. McKeever's other works include The Garden of Hannah List, That Sound You Hear, The Velveteen Undertow, and Don't Tell the Tsar.
