The latest version of Gerard Alessandrini's send-up of theatre fare pokes fun at such Broadway shows as Wicked, Avenue Q, Movin' Out, La Cage aux Folles, Assassins, I Am My Own Wife, The Boy From Oz, Dracula and Bombay Dreams. The company includes Ron Bohmer, Jason Mills, Christine Pedi and Jennifer Simard. David Caldwell is featured at the piano.

Forbidden Broadway is created, written and co-directed by Gerard Alessandrini. The creative team also includes Phillip George (co-director), Alvin Colt (costume designer), Megan K. Halpern (set designer) and Marc Janowitz (lighting designer).

Forbidden Broadway SVU offers performances Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:15 PM, Sundays at 3:30 and 7:30 PM with additional matinees on Saturdays at 4 PM and Wednesdays at 2:30 PM. Tickets, priced $55-$57.50, are available by calling (212) 239-6200.
