Classic Arts News Forsythe Company Finds New Home in Dresden
Choreographer William Forsythe and his dance company will work with the Dresden Ballet next year, Agence France-Presse reports.
The announcement was made on Monday, November 8, by Dresden Opera director Vladimir Derevianko, who confirmed the relationship without giving further details.

Forsythe, who is American and who was the director of the Ballett Frankfurt for 20 years, had his own company based in a Frankfurt theatre, but was forced to leave for financial reasons. Another Frankfurt venue will host performances by the Forsythe Company from January until the company moves to Dresden in July.
