The free event begins at 6 PM at the Bruno Walter Auditorium of the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts on 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue. John V. Fahey moderates.

Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Betty Corwin, who produces the Oral History series, said in an earlier statement, "Tyne is a wonderful actress and an outstanding musical performer. Having her express her thoughts and recollections about her life and career on videotape will be a valuable addition to the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive. She will be interviewed by her friend, actor and producer, John V. Fahey."

Last season, the League of Professional Theatre Women interviewed Patti LuPone, Christine Ebersole and playwright Kia Corthron. The prior season featured Donna Murphy and Frances McDormand. The ongoing Oral History Project "chronicles and documents the contributions of significant theatre women in many fields," according to press notes. The interviews are videotaped and preserved for posterity in the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.
