The 7:30 PM reading will feature the talents of Jimmy Smits and Jenn Colella. This English-language reading by Mexico's renowned playwright will be followed by a talkback with playwright Berman; the original play's translator, Lisa Dillman; and Prof. Jean Graham-Jones, CUNY. 

"A renowned publisher of a major newspaper has been diagnosed with a terminal illness," according to press notes. "He must name his successor to the newspaper's concerned Board. It's Christmas Eve and a blizzard is raging outdoors. He summons to his office one of the two candidates he is considering for the job: Miky, the star editor he trained at the paper twenty years prior. Throughout the course of the night, an inevitable collision of adrenalin and testosterone ensues."
