Joining the previously announced Rupert Everett as Oscar Wilde and Freddie Fox as Lord Alfred Douglas are Alister Cameron, Tom Colley, Ben Hardy, Cal Macaninch and Kirsty Oswald.
The production is directed by Neil Armfield.
The play focuses on two critical moments in Wilde's last years – the eve of his arrest and a night after his release from two years imprisonment. According to press materials, it speculates on the consequences of his self-destructive fatalism, betrayal and love without trust.
