Erica Lustig and Ezekial Andrew will lead the company of White Plains Performing Arts Center's holiday production of Beauty and the Beast. Performances of the musical at the Westchester, New York venue begin December 21 and continue through January 13, 2019.
Lustig and Andrew, who take on the title Belle and the Beast, will be joined by Tom DeMichele as Gaston, Brendan Doyle as Cogsworth, Dick Nagle as Maurice, Paulette Oliva as Mrs. Potts, Robert Peterpaul as Lefou, Patrick Pevehouse as Lumiere, Katelyn Lauria as Madame de la Grande Bouche, Elizabeth Brady as Babette, and Robbie Crandall as Chip
Rounding out the cast in the ensemble are Shaunice Alexander. Katie Jo Flanagan, Michael Hardenberg, Apryl HigginsTaylor Rivera, Kristen Seggio, Tori Sicklick, Daniella Tamasi, Raleigh Tyler, Brandon Walters, Julius Williams, and Adam Winer.
The production is set to be helmed by Frank Portanova, choreographed by Lexie Fennell Frare, and feature musical direction by Stephen Ferri. Scenic design will be by Christopher and Justin Swader, lighting design by Jamie Roderick, wardrobe supervision by Samantha Irons, and sound design by Robert McGarrity, with Jessie Jardon and Megan E. Coutts serving as stage managers.
Based on the classic 1991 Disney animated film, Beauty and the Beast features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and book by Linda Woolverton.
