The free public reading, presented as part of the Manhattan Theatre Source's InGenius Series, will begin at 8 PM at MTS. The new work, according to press notes, "takes place backstage at a performance of Hedda Gabler. A missed cue triggers a conversation, a confrontation and a misguided solution."

In addition to Fuller and Gillette, Jammed will feature Sarah Baskin, Jon Ecklund and James Lawson.

Penny Fuller most recently appeared on Broadway in Dividing the Estate. She earned Tony nominations for her work in Applause and The Dinner Party. She will portray Desiree Armfeldt in A Little Night Music for the White Plains Performing Arts Center in March.

Anita Gillette starred Off-Broadway in Flamingo Court last season. Her stage roles also include Chapter Two (Tony nomination), Carnival!, Cabaret and Brighton Beach Memoirs.

For reservations, phone (212) 501-4751.

Manhattan Theatre Source is located at 177 MacDougal Street in Manhattan.
