News Fun Home National Tour Will Play Chicago The national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical Fun Home will play Chicago's Bank of America Theatre in November 2016. The engagement was announced as part of the Broadway in Chicago touring season.

Chicago is the first tour stop announced for the Jeanine Tesori-Lisa Kron musical that is based on the graphic memoir by Alison Bechdel. The production won five Tony Awards, including Best Book, Best Score and Best Musical.

Fun Home will play Chicago Nov. 2-13, 2016.

Also announced was the national tour of Finding Neverland, based on the film of the same title, which will play the Cadillac Palace Theatre Nov. 22-Dec. 4.

Other productions in the Broadway in Chicago season include 42nd Street (March 8-20 at the Cadillac Palace Theatre); Bullets Over Broadway (April 19-May 1 at the Bank of America Theatre); the world-premiere Spongebob Musical (June 7-July 3 at the Oriental Theatre); and The Sound of Music (June 7-19 at the Cadillac Palace Theatre).
