News Further Casting Announced for Productions of Amadeus, Miss Julie and Black Comedy at U.K.'s Chichester Festival Theatre Further casting has been announced for the forthcoming productions of Amadeus and the double-bill of Miss Julie and Black Comedy at Chichester's Festival Theatre complex.

Peter Shaffer's Amadeus, which will be the first production in the reopened Chichester Festival Theatre after its £22 million refurbishment and rebuilding project, will begin performances July 12 prior to an official opening July 18, for a run through Aug. 2.

Joining the previously announced Rupert Everett as Salieri are Joshua McGuire as Mozart, Jessie Buckley as Constanze Weber, John Standing as Count Franz Orsini-Rosenberg, Simon Jones as Joseph II Emperor of Austria, Richard Clifford as Baron Gottfried van Swieten and Timothy Kightley as Count Johann Killian von Strack.

McGuire is currently starring in Privacy at the Donmar Warehouse. He has also been seen in Posh at the Royal Court and West End, the title role in Hamlet at Shakespeare’s Globe and BBC 2's "The Hour."

Buckley was last seen onstage in Michael Grandage’s production of Henry V, The Tempest at Shakespeare’s Globe and A Little Night Music at the Menier Chocolate Factory.

Standing has been seen in the West End in Shadowlands, A Delicate Balance and A Month in the Country. Joining the previously announced Rosalie Craig and Shaun Evans in Miss Julie and Black Comedy are Jonathan Coy as Colonel Melkett, Mike Grady as Schuppanzigh, Paul Ready as Brindsley and Marcia Warren as Miss Furnival.
