In the comedy about mismatched roommates whose marriages have failed, Kazurinsky, a veteran of "Saturday Night Live" (1981-84), will play fussy Felix Unger. (He's currently in rehearsals for Chicago Shakespeare Theatre's A Midsummer Night's Dream.)

Wendt — of Chicago's Second City, TV's "Cheers," Broadway's Art and Elf and Northlight's 2002 world-premiere production of Rounding Third — will be sloppy Oscar Madison.

The comedy will launch Northlight Theatre's 2012-13 season starting Nov. 2, for a limited run. Additional titles will be announced.

Simon is the Pulitzer Prize-winning, Tony Award-winning playwright of Lost in Yonkers, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Broadway Bound, Biloxi Blues, Barefoot in the Park and more.
