Erica Lustig and Ezekial Andrew lead the company of White Plains Performing Arts Center's holiday production of Beauty and the Beast, which began performances at the Westchester venue December 21. The production runs through January 13, 2019. Take a look at the production below.
Lustig and Andrew, who take on the title Belle and the Beast, are joined by Tom DeMichele as Gaston, Brendan Doyle as Cogsworth, David M. Beris as Maurice, Paulette Oliva as Mrs. Potts, Robert Peterpaul as Lefou, Patrick Pevehouse as Lumiere, Katelyn Lauria as Madame de la Grande Bouche, Elizabeth Brady as Babette, and Robbie Crandall as Chip
Rounding out the cast in the ensemble are Shaunice Alexander. Katie Jo Flanagan, Michael Hardenberg, Apryl HigginsTaylor Rivera, Kristen Seggio, Tori Sicklick, Daniella Tamasi, Raleigh Tyler, Brandon Walters, Julius Williams, and Adam Winer.
The production is helmed by Frank Portanova, choreographed by Lexie Fennell Frare, and features musical direction by Stephen Ferri. Scenic design is by Christopher and Justin Swader, lighting design by Jamie Roderick, wardrobe supervision by Samantha Irons, and sound design by Robert McGarrity, with Jessie Jardon and Megan E. Coutts serving as stage managers.
Based on the classic 1991 Disney animated film, Beauty and the Beast features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and book by Linda Woolverton.
