News Gets, Feldshuh, Whitehead, Irving to Read Shaw's You Never Can Tell April 17 Malcolm Gets, Tovah Feldshuh, Paxton Whitehead and George S. Irving will take part in an April 17 reading of Shaw's You Never Can Tell. The event is the fourth installment in Project Shaw, a new reading series focused on the playwright's oeuvre.

Also in the cast are Nick Wyman, Allen Fitzpatrick, Liz Morton, Simon Kendall and Elena Shaddow. The show will begin at 7 PM at the Player’s Club, 16 Gramercy Park South. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Gets, Irving and Wyman are already veterans of the series. All three appeared in the program's first attraction, Arms and the Man.

The series is being produced and directed by David Staller, who recently acted with Dana Ivey in Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession at the Irish Repertory Theatre. Dates stretching throughout 2006 and beyond will provide an airing of every sketch, full-length and one-act play by the playwright.

Past participants include Rebecca Luker, Simon Jones, Michele Pawk, Jack Gilpin, Marc Kudisch and Charlotte Moore.

All casting is subject to change. All readings are on Monday at 7 PM, except where otherwise indicated. A current schedule, subject to change, runs as follows:

April 17: You Never Can Tell
May 8 at noon: Two one-acts, Overruled and Augustus Does His Bit
June 19: Getting Married
July 17: John Bull's Other Island
Sept. 18: The Apple Cart
Oct. 23: Misalliance
Nov. 20: Captain Brassbound's Conversion
Dec. 18: The Philanderer
