Tony nominee Matthew Morrison and his "Glee" co-stars Cory Monteith and Amber Riley are also likely to appear at the performance, which will take place on the show's semi-finals episode. There is no word yet on whether recurring cast member Darren Criss will put in an appearance; pop star and recurring guest star Charice will not appear, according to Examiner.
Michele, who plays driven glee star Rachel Berry on the hit Fox series, appeared on Broadway in Spring Awakening, Ragtime and Les Miserables.
Morrison's Broadway credits include South Pacific, A Naked Girl on the Appian Way, The Light in the Piazza (Tony nomination), Hairspray, The Rocky Horror Show and Footloose.
"Glee" airs Tuesdays at 8 PM ET on Fox.
