Get a first look at The Classical Theatre of Harlem's Malvolio with new production pictures. Betty Shamieh's original sequel inspired by Shakespeare's Twelfth Night began performances at the Richard Rodgers Amphitheater on July 8 for a run scheduled through July 29. All performances are free and open to the public. See the production photos below.

Allen Gilmore stars as Malvolio, who has just risen to the rank of general, and is determined to seek revenge on those who tormented him 20 years earlier. But when he meets Volina, his focus begins to shift. Ian Belknap and Ty Jones direct the Twelfth Night sequel exploring the difference between revenge and redemption. 

Joining Gilmore is Tony nominee John-Andrew Morrison as King Chadlio, Kineta Kunutu as Volina, Perri Gaffney as Viola, René Thornton Jr. as Orsino, JD Mollison as Prince Furtado, Paula Galloway as Maria, David Ryan Smith as Sir Toby Belch, CB Murray as Father Topas, Nathan M. Ramsey as Sebastian, CB Murray as Father Topas, Stephanie Berry as Olivia, Tony Macht as Valentin, Marjorie Johnson as Nurse, Matthew J Harris as Fool, Collin McConnell as Curious, and Déjà Anderson-Ross as understudy Maria.

Rounding out the company are ensemble members Marcus Byers Jr., Taylor Collier, John DeFilippo, Brynlie Helmich, Valériane Louisy, Al-nisa Petty, Duane Shabazz, Jonathan McClinton Smith, and Timothy Wilson.

The production features choreography by Dell Howlett, scenic design by Christopher & Justin Swader, costume design by Celeste Jennings, lighting design by Alan C. Edwards, sound design by Frederick Kennedy, video design by Zavier Augustus Lee Taylor, properties design by Alexander Wylie, and hair and makeup design by Earon Nealey. Jessica Forella serves as production stage manager, and Mary Kate Baughman serves as stage manager.
