News Goggin's Nunsensations Opens in Westchester Feb. 1 Nunsensations: The Nunsense Vegas Revue, a new show in the popular Nunsense series, opens at the Westchester Broadway Theatre in Elmsford, NY on Feb. 1.

Dan Goggin, who wrote the original Nunsense, has written and directed the show, which began previews Jan. 25 and is set to run through March 3. The cast includes Carolyn Droscoski, Bambi Jones, Carrie Keskinen, Bonnie Lee and Jeanne Tinker.

The show has been performed previously in such locations as Chicago, Michigan, Florida and Minnesota.

The website describes the new show as such: "The Sisters have been told by a Hoboken parishioner that he would donate $10,000 to their school if the Sisters would go to Las Vegas and perform in a friend's showroom. Reverend Mother has serious doubts about appearing in 'Sin City.' However, after convincing Rev. Mother 'What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas,' the sisters plan their program…. and off they go to the 'City of Sin' for more hilarious adventures."

Teri Gibson does the musical staging and choreography. Sets are originally by Barry Axtell and adapted for stage by George Puello and Steven Loftus. The show has costume design by Rich Hamson, lighting design by Rich Latta and sound design by Johathon Hatton; the resident lighting designer is Andrew Gmoser.
