The fifth annual event will be presented by co-founders Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff in the namesake downtown New York City locale, April 25-May 7.

The Pillowman's star Goldblum is the focus of Kyle LaBrache and Chris Bradley comedy's "Pittsburgh" billed as somewhere "between genuine documentary and outright self-parody." The film makes its world premiere at the festival. The actor also appears opposite current Entertaining Mr. Sloane star Alec Baldwin in "Mini's First Time."

Former Emcees in the recent Broadway revival of Cabaret, Matt McGrath and Alan Cumming star with songstress Deborah Harry in the world premiere film "Full Grown Men."

Frank Langella (Fortune's Fool) stars with fellow stage brethren Lynn Collins (As You Like It), Kelli Garner (Dog Sees God), Justin Theroux (Observe the Sons of Ulster...) and Celia Weston (The Last Night of Ballyhoo) in Nanda Anand's "Return to Rajapur" set in the title Indian desert town where "a girl becomes obsessed with the connection between a mysterious stranger and a love affair from the past."

Upcoming Three Days of Rain star Julia Roberts lends her voice to the documentary "Three Days in September" which centers on the September, 2004 hostage situation when "a group of Chechen rebels occupied a school in the small Russian city of Beslan." Charles Busch (Taboo) directs and co-writes (with Carl Andress) the film "A Very Serious Person" to make its world premiere at the festival. In the film, "A traveling male nurse from Denmark takes a new job with a terminally ill Manhattan woman raising her parentless thirteen-year-old grandson and the emotionally reserved man finds himself oddly cast as a mentor to the boy." Stage stalwarts Polly Bergen, Dana Ivey and Julie Halston also appear.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch fans will recognize the tunes central to the documentary feature "Follow My Voice: With the Music of Hedwig." Katherine Linton directs the world premiere which features Jonathan Richman, Sleater-Kinney, Rufus Wainwright and other musicians as they record a benefit album of the musical's songs for the Hetrick-Martin Institute. The film follows four students at the home of the Harvey Milk High School, the first LGBTQ high school in the country.

Stage performers can also been seen in a number of the films including Anthony LaPaglia (A View from the Bridge, The Guys) and Isabella Rossellini (The Stendhal Syndrome) in "The Architect" based on Scottish playwright David Greig's work of the same name. Evita's Mandy Patinkin appears in Steve Barron's "Choking Man."

Steppenwolf Theatre Company ensemble member John Malkovich can be seen in the French entry "Colour Me Kubrick" as "a conman who successfully passed himself off as the famed and notoriously reclusive director for the last decade or so of the filmmaker's life."

Fellow Steppenwolf actress Martha Plimpton (Hedda Gabler) co-stars with recent A Streetcar Named Desire Tony Award nominee Amy Ryan and upcoming Everything's Turning Into Beautiful star Annabella Sciorra in "Marvelous."

Sigourney Weaver (The Mercy Seat, Mrs. Farnsworth) will star in "The TV Set" as well as "Snow Cake" opposite Alan Rickman (Private Lives). Robert Edwards' "Land of the Blind," a satirical political drama stars Faith Healer star Ralph Fiennes opposite Donald Sutherland (Ten Unknowns, Lolita).

Rosie Perez (Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune) does double duty at the festival, starring with Mark Webber (The Distance From Here) in "Just Like the Son" and directing (with Liz Garbus) the documentary "Yo Soy Boicua, pa’ que tu lo sepas! (I’m Boricua, just so you know!)" about her Puerto Rican heritage.

Among other stage actors to be seen are Gabriel Byrne in "Wah-Wah," Laura Linney in "Driving Lessons," Judd Hirsch in "Brother’s Shadow," Brittany Murphy and John Leguizamo in "The Groomsmen," Sarah Silverman and Amy Sedaris in "I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With," Peter Krause in "Civic Duty," Lypsinka in "Another Gay Movie," Brendan Fraser and Mos Def in "Journey to the End of the Night,"Christine Baranski in "East Broadway" and Kristen Bell in "Fifty Pills."
