News Golden Globe-Winning "Mozart in the Jungle," Starring Bernadette Peters, Streams for Free This Weekend The Amazon original series "Mozart in the Jungle," starring three-time Tony winner Bernadette Peters and Gael Garcia Bernal, will stream its first and second seasons free of charge beginning Jan. 15 at 9 PM PT (midnight on the East Coast).

The news follows the show's recent Golden Globe wins: for Best TV Comedy or Musical and for Best Actor in a TV Comedy or Musical (for García Bernal).

The series also stars Lola Kirke, Saffron Burrows and Malcolm McDowell.

The series, based on Blair Tindall's memoir "Mozart in the Jungle: Sex, Drugs, and Classical Music," is described as such: "Love, money, ambition and music intertwine in 'Mozart in the Jungle,' a half hour comedic drama that looks at finding yourself and finding love while conquering New York City. A brash new maestro Rodrigo stirs up the New York Symphony as young oboist Hailey hopes for her big chance."
