The cast features Pickens, Jr. as well as Vickie Winans, Loretta Devine, Rocky Carroll, Chante Moore and Kenny Lattimore. Gospel!, according to press notes, "takes audiences on an inspirational, foot-stomping, hand-clapping journey of gospel music from slavery to the present day."
