Richard Greenberg's Take Me Out will world-premiere at London's Donmar Warehouse beginning June 20. A co-production with New York's Public Theater, Take Me Out will run through Aug. 3 and boasts direction by Joe Mantello, the actor-turned director who helmed Broadway's Love! Valour! Compassion!. According to the Donmar's website, the cast features Kevin Carroll, Dominic Fumusa, Gene Gabriel, Neal Huff, Robert Jimenez, Stephen Mendillo, Denis O'Hare, Kohl Sudduth, Daniel Sunjata, Frederick Weller and James Yaegashi.

Greenberg's newest work concerns the story of Darren Lemming, an iconic baseball star who comes out to the world via a special press conference. The play chronicles the effects of his announcement as the news spreads to his team and across the nation. The creative team for Greenberg's second production at the Donmar — his Three Days of Rain also played there — comprises Scott Pask (sets), Jess Goldstein (costumes) and Kevin Adams (lighting).

The Donmar Warehouse is located at 41 Earlham Street in London. The telephone number for the theatre's box office is 011 44 20 7369 1732; go to www.donmar-warehouse.com for more information.
