Cabaret & Concert News Greg Hildreth Among Performers Set for Free Broadway's Future Songbook Concert The NYC concert will spotlight the songs of Alan Schmuckler.

Broadway’s Future Songbook Series, presented by Arts and Artists of Tomorrow, will continue March 27 in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Produced, directed, and hosted by John Znidarsic, the free evening will spotlight the songs of Alan Schmuckler. Show time is 6 PM.

Performing his works will be Greg Hildreth (Cinderella), Briana Carlson-Goodman (Les Miserables), Jillian Gottlieb, and Jenny Ashman (Sleep No More).

Schmuckler is the award-winning composer/lyricist of the dark podcast satire Wait Wait Don’t Kill Me (2017 Sarah Lawrence International Audio Fiction Award), the online choose-your-own-adventure musical My Little Red/Green Coat, the contemporary love story Days Like Today (Writers Theater; development, Playwrights Horizons), and the family comedy The Emperor’s New Clothes (Chicago Shakespeare Theater). His credits also include Diary of a Wimpy Kid, the musical pilot Boyfred, How Can You Run with a Shell on Your Back?, and We Three Lizas.

The Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center is located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue and 65th Street.
