News Gwon's Ordinary Days Makes Midwest Premiere June 10 Broadway's Tory Ross and Scott Hunt lead the cast of Ordinary Days, Adam Gwon's intimate musical about four young New Yorkers, which begins June 10 at the Human Race Theatre in Dayton, OH.

Ordinary Days made its New York debut in October 2009 as part of the Roundabout Theatre Company's "Underground" new works initiative. Human Race executive director Kevin Moore stages the Midwest premiere engagement that will run through June 27. Ross (Cry-Baby, 9 to 5) and Hunt (Rent, Les Miserables) are joined by Jamie Cordes and Katie Pees. Sean Michael Flowers musical directs.

According to the Human Race, "Ordinary Days is the story of four young New Yorkers whose lives intertwine, either purposely or unwittingly, in extraordinary ways."

Gwon has also written the musicals Bernice Bobs Her Hair, Ethan Frome and The Boy Detective Fails. He is the winner of the 2008 Fred Ebb Award for Excellence in Musical Theater Songwriting.
